Exciting Opportunity for Respiratory Therapists in Minnesota

Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of a CoARC-accredited two or four-year Respiratory Care Program.
Certification: Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) from NBRC.
Licensure: Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT) in Minnesota or possess a temporary permit.
BLS: Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider card (can be obtained upon hire).
ACLS: Certification required within 180 days of hire.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Respiratory Therapist with us, you will:
Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized respiratory care plans.
Administer aerosol medications, oxygen therapy, and manage mechanical ventilation.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on respiratory health management.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
