SLP - Speech Language Pathologist Full-time-Near Columbus, OH

SLP Role: As a Speech and Language Pathologist you will assess, plan, and deliver treatment for patients facing challenges with communication, cognition, or swallowing. This full-time role primarily involves pediatric outpatient care, with additional responsibilities in MBSS/IP coverage.
SLP Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations and create individualized treatment plans with clear short- and long-term goals.
Provide effective speech therapy that addresses physical, social, mental, and emotional needs, helping patients improve their quality of life and independence.
Complete and maintain timely and accurate documentation for speech therapy treatments.
Collaborate openly with other healthcare providers and ensure respectful, compassionate communication with patients and families.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all relevant regulations, ethical standards, and laws.
SLP Qualifications:
Active Speech and Language Pathologist license in Ohio
BLS certification required within 30 days of employment
