Job description
The Hospital of Central CT, part of Hartford HealthCare, is seeking a WOCN RN Acute to join its nursing clinical team. You will assess, plan, and deliver expert wound, ostomy and continence care to patients across the continuum, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team and leading care improvements.
This role requires CT RN licensure, board certification in wound/ostomy/continence within timeline, and strong communication.
