Job description
Spectrum Center Schools and Programs seeks an Adaptive Physical Educator to design and deliver individualized PE services for students with autism and other special needs. In this mission-driven, student-centered role, you will assess motor and functional skills, create IEP-aligned PE goals, and implement adaptive activities that build strength, coordination, and confidence. Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families to integrate PE into each student’s learning plan, collect data, and adjust instruction using evidence-based practices. Support safe, structured environments, train staff on modifications, and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture.
