Job description
Porch Light Health, a Denver-based outpatient treatment provider, is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner or PA to deliver MAT for opioid use disorder in a fast-paced clinical setting. The role includes in-clinic and telehealth patient visits, with travel to multiple Denver-area clinics.
No prior addiction medicine experience is required as training will be provided; ideal candidates have strong assessment and collaborative-care skills and a commitment to underserved populations.
