Job description
Our client, a network of healthcare centers in New York City providing high-quality integrated medical care, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner. The Family Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive medical evaluation, education and management for clients that present for routine, preventative, acute and chronic disease health care services at the site. The nurse practitioner will coordinate all of the services necessary for health promotion, maintenance, rehabilitation and the prevention of disease and disability.
