Job description
Total Compensation: $120k-$165k
Join a well-respected, mission-driven healthcare organization in Manhattan dedicated to serving individuals impacted by HIV/AIDS, substance use, and homelessness, through compassionate, judgment-free care.
This role is based across two welcoming Manhattan locations and focuses on delivering Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and addiction medicine services, including on-site harm reduction and syringe access programs, to a community that truly needs advocates like you.

What You'll Do:
Perform physical exams and assess medical and psychosocial histories
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including MAT with buprenorphine
Order and interpret laboratory tests as part of comprehensive health management
Provide patient education and counseling to support informed health decisions
Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary care team and refer out as needed
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing continuing education
What We're Looking For:
2 4 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Experience or strong knowledge of addiction medicine and MAT
Buprenorphine waiver preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Experience with eClinicalWorks EHR a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required
