Job description
Porch Light Health in Espanola, NM seeks a Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for Addiction Medicine. This full-time role (32-40 hours) involves patient care via Telehealth and in-clinic, with a Tue-Fri 8:00–4:30 schedule.
No prior addiction medicine experience is required; ER, primary care, or psych experience is helpful. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support MAT and related behavioral health services, serving underserved populations with compassion.
