Job description
Conifer Park Inc. in Glens Falls, NY is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide evidence-based medical care to adults with substance use disorders in an outpatient setting.
You will apply addiction medicine assessment skills, build therapeutic relationships, and support withdrawal management within an interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree, unrestricted licensure with prescriptive authority, a DEA license and an X-waiver, plus experience in addiction treatment
