Job description
Seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist comfortable treating patients with addiction to join a 100-bed behavioral health program in the Chicago suburbs , providing care across detox and residential levels.
Position Highlights:
30 hours per week with NP support for remaining coverage
100-bed program with a typical census of ~80 patients
Approximately 20% of patients at the detox level of care
Provide psychiatric care within detox and residential programs
Ideal for a psychiatrist with experience or strong interest in addiction medicine and behavioral health
Collaborative model with psychiatrists and NPs working together to provide comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
MD or DO with appropriate psychiatric training
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Comfortable treating patients with substance use disorders and addiction
Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
