Adjunct Faculty Lab Assistant Occupational Therapy AssistantAssists instructors within class experiences for students. Assists with maintaining OTA labs. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Working knowledge of current practice and techniques associated with the occupational therapy assistant content.Physical ability to demonstrate occupational therapy techniques associated with course content. Manage equipment associated with course content.Ability to discuss and demonstrate skills on the level appropriate for occupational therapy assistants. Demonstrated technical/professional proficiency.Essential Functions:Assists instructors with in class experiences for students. Assists with maintaining OTA labs. Other duties as assigned.Other Characteristics:Adaptable to various situations and persons. Strong time management skills. High degree of professionalism. Effective interpersonal skills. Effective observation skills. Effective communication skill.Minimum Education/Experience:Associate degree or two-year technical certificate.Entry level position.
