Adjunct Lecturer – Planning Degree Program (Part‑Time) – Multiple Positions
Posting Number: req26389. Location: Tucson Campus, 1040 N Olive Rd., Tucson, AZ 85721, USA.
Duties & Responsibilities
Teach one to two courses per semester.
Prepare syllabi and course assignments.
Deliver classroom lectures and instructional activities.
Create, grade, and critique student assignments.
Prepare and grade exams.
Evaluate overall student performance in the course.
Participate in relevant department faculty meetings as appropriate.
Additional duties may be assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to work with various students and colleagues.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's or doctoral degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, or a related field.
Experience with a variety of teaching methods and curricular perspectives.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing web-based and remote learning environments.
Successful college or university teaching experience.
