Salary Range:
$1,407.00 - $4,221.00 Commission
Responsibilities
Facilitate student learning in the classroom and online that supports graduate nursing students to translate knowledge into the attitudes and skills required to deliver safe high-quality patient care.
Evaluate student performance using a variety of modalities and providing frequent student feedback to enable success.
Be available to students for additional support.
Support and implement Iona University's Nursing Department’s policies and procedures as appropriate.
Foster a learning environment that supports diversity and professionalism.
Qualifications
Must hold an unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in New York State.
Must hold a minimum of a Master of Science degree in Nursing.
Experience in teaching in a traditional classroom and online in an asynchronous format.
A minimum of five years of clinical practice.
