Administrative / Accounting Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative / Accounting Assistant to support daily office and accounting operations. If you have experience with administrative tasks, bookkeeping, and providing excellent organizational support, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to management and office staff
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial and office records
Review invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents for accuracy
Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
Support payroll processing and other accounting functions as needed
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers and vendors professionally
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Office
Assist with month-end closing activities and other office projects as assigned
Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in an administrative assistant, accounting assistant, bookkeeping, or related office support role
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English
