Admin Office ManagerA growing real estate company is seeking a reliable and organized Admin Office Manager to support its apartment rental operations remotely. This role will handle administrative responsibilities throughout the rental process, including communicating with prospective tenants, conducting tenant interviews, processing applications, collecting and submitting required documents, and maintaining accurate records.The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable handling sensitive paperwork and frequent communication by phone and email. Strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple applications and administrative tasks efficiently are essential.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to apartment rentalsCommunicate with prospective and current tenants by phone, email, and other channelsConduct tenant interviews and gather necessary informationReview and process rental applications and supporting documentationCollect, organize, and submit required tenant documentsFollow up with applicants to obtain missing paperwork or informationMaintain accurate and organized application and tenant recordsCoordinate communication between tenants and internal team membersAnswer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionallyTrack applications and ensure paperwork is completed in a timely mannerAssist with additional administrative and rental-related tasks as neededQualifications:Previous administrative, office management, property management, or real estate experience preferredStrong paperwork and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional and confident phone mannerExperience handling applications and documentation preferredStrong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to work independently in a remote environmentYiddish-speaking preferredCandidates based in Brooklyn/Boro Park preferredFemale candidates preferredSchedule:Full time – Hours can be negotiated based on availabilityBenefits:Competitive weekly salary of $1,000–$1,500Remote work opportunityFlexible and consistent weekday scheduleOpportunity to work within the real estate industryLong-term growth potentialLocation:RemoteType:Full timeSalary:$1,000–$1,500/weekSchedule:Mon–Thurs 9:30 AM–4:00 PM | Fri 9:30 AM–12:00 PM
