Position Admin Operation/Customer SupportEssential Duties• All admin related work including accounting matter in Michigan office.• All small parcel related work including operation work, customer support.• Assist moving section including customer support, quotation, packing and handling.• Assist with packing small items, such as dishes, at the client's site when necessary.• Manage accounts to retain existing relationships and grow business.• Negotiate with carriers and maintain competitive rate.• Meet agreed budget targets for revenue/profit, volume, etc.• Create quotations and sales proposals and offer to customer.• Coordinate, respond to, and follow up on RFIs and RFQs.• Work with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.• Assist in the development and implementation of sales plans that support increased sales.• Resolve complications utilizing problem solving skills.• Communicate with overseas agent for sales support.• Respond to emails and answer phone calls from clients.• Great attitude on the phone and in the office.• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.• Must be a team player and positive attitude.• Must be a quick learner.• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.• Excellent verbal, written and typing skills.• Positive attitude, a professional demeanor and a warm and approachable manner.• Ability to adapt and implement changes in processes and procedures.Working Hours, Working Style: Basically, 8:00-17:00Woking Location: Romulus, MISalary/Benefit: 45K-/yearAnnual salary: Based on experience, paid semi-monthly on the 15th and last day of the month.Eligible for health, dental, life insurance, disability benefits, and 401(k) plan (after one year of service).Vacation, paid sick time, and holidays accrued as per company policy.Introductory period: 60 days, during which holiday pay is not applicable.Bonuses typically issued in December and, if applicable, during summer.Holidays: Company-observed holidays, including Christmas, New Year's, Memorial Day, etc.QualificationsNative-level Japanese proficiencyGeneral computer skillsProficient in MS Office software, especially MS ExcelStrong customer relationship skillsAble to work well in a team environmentNo prior experience in logistics companies required
