Client Global Payroll Administrator - (EPS) Employee Payroll Support TeamNote:Hybrid - in office 1 day a week on ThursdaysTraining is approximately 4 weeks (remote training).The Payroll Administrator will work collaboratively in a team environment as part of the employee payroll support (EPS), group. Currently, this position works from home the majority of the time but may be required to come into the office one day per week.The candidate must have a secure location to allow them to work at home and be able to work in the office at our Lake Mary, Fl location as requested.Work hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST.Saturday or Sunday work hours may be scheduled during high inquiry periods.Candidate will be doing:Answer incoming calls timely and accurately regarding direct deposit, salary changes, special pay, short term disability, and general payroll time reporting inquiriesAssist payroll analysts in resolving email inquiries related to payroll inquiries during periods of low call volumeAccurately update employee call details in the employee payroll support case databaseManage email and case workflow to ensure all payroll inquiries are completed accurately and timely and ensure follow up is provided to the employeeResponsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with employees, utilizing appropriate resources to provide first call resolution and working to establish a positive rapport with every interactionCooperatively interact and support peers in HR, Benefits, and Benefit Vendors to resolve employee questions/issuesCollaborate with the leadership team to stay updated on payroll knowledge and stay informed of any changes in policies/proceduresClient is looking for:A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailEven better if candidates have:Customer service experience in handling escalated callsCertified Payroll Professional Certification (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC)
