Now Hiring: Hospice Administrator / Director of Nursing
Carrollton, Texas | Full-Time | Leadership Opportunity
Position Overview
This dual‑role leadership position is responsible for overseeing both clinical and administrative operations of our hospice program. As the Administrator / DON, you will guide a committed interdisciplinary team, ensure regulatory compliance, and ensure the highest quality of care is delivered consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day hospice operations and clinical management
Supervise and support nursing and interdisciplinary care staff
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Medicare/Medicaid regulations
Oversee QA/QI programs and maintain accreditation standards
Manage budgets, staffing, and operational planning
Build strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, patients, and families
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas
Minimum 3–5 years of hospice leadership experience
Deep understanding of Medicare/Medicaid hospice regulations
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
