Training AdminLocation: Coppell, TX (100% onsite) Work hours: Part-time - 20 hours/wk The preferred schedule is 6-10 am Monday - Friday Long-term (1 year) assignment with a chance of conversion/increase to full-time hoursMust-haves:• 3-5 years of experience preferred • Learning management system experience preferred • Lots of customer support working with onsite employees • Communication skills are very important • The candidate will need a high level of attention to detail to work and maintain training compliance for new employeesJob Responsibilities:• Provides basic administrative support to the Learning and Development Training team, and performs administrative tasks according to set policies and procedures. • Individuals in this role carry out a range of relatively routine activities and processes in the Learning Management System to provide support to the business unit. • Performs System Administrator activities for the site Learning Management Systems (LMS) and site Electronic Department Management System (EDMS). Works with corporate and local IT groups to resolve issues.
