About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative and Accounting Assistant to support our finance operations and ensureaccurate, compliant, and efficient management of accounting and administrative processes. The ideal candidate will combine strong technicalexpertisein accounting and finance with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manageaccurate recording of journal entries inaccordancewith Spanish GAAP.
Overseeaccountreconciliations,ensuringaccuracyandtimeliness.
Ensurecompliance withapplicabletaxcriteriaandregulationsinSpain.
Collaborate withinternalteams tostreamlinefinancialprocessesand reporting.
Supportmonth-end andyear-end closingprocesses.
Maintainfinancialdocumentationandrecordsaccordingto company andlegalrequirements.
Requirements
Requirements (must-have)
Minimum C1levelof Spanish andfluentEnglish (writtenandspoken).
Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration,finance,accountancyorsimilar.
- Provenknowledge of Spanish GAAP.
- Understandingof taxcriteriainSpain.
Demonstratedproficiency in accountreconciliationtools andmethods.
Experience in accurate recording and reporting of journal entries.
Must belegallyauthorizedto work inSpainandcurrentlybasedwithinSpain.
Preferred Skills
Advanced Excel skills andfamiliaritywith accounting software.
Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingabilities.
Excellentorganizationalskills andattentiontodetail.
Abilityto workindependentlyandmanagemultiplepriorities.
