Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our Senior Leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a flexible, proactive professional with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination across multiple time zones, end-to-end event logistics and expense management, workspace coordination, and team communication support using Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
8+ years of administrative experience, including support with senior leadership
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Confluence or similar collaboration platforms
Background supporting executives
Experience supporting global teams navigating time zones
