Administrative Assistant (A.S.K.)Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant in its North or South Carolina offices. This position will support attorneys and staff throughout our U.S. offices. The working hours for this position are Monday and Tuesday 9:00 - 5:30 PM EST, and Wednesday through Friday 11:30 - 8:00 PM EST.This position is not eligible for full-time remote work.Responsibilities:Prepare and submit invoices and expense reimbursements through ChromeRiverSchedule and update calendarsInitiate file opening process for conflicts checksRecord time entryArrange travel accommodationsAssist with the preparation and word processing of documentsFile documents in document management systemUpload electronic documentsPrepare outgoing US Mail, FedEx, UPS envelopes/packagesPerform special projects as neededRequirements:Associate or Bachelor degree is preferredMust be organized, prompt, detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and with juggling multiple tasks simultaneouslyMust commit to the confidentiality of client- and firm-related informationMust have working knowledge of various types of technology such as databases, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelWomble Bond Dickinson is committed to leadership in attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse workforce of talented professionals.
