Innovation.Our transportation team supports a combined fleet of ships sailing to Alaska each summer and we need assistance to keep our office running smoothly! You will perform different support tasks to support our Department Managers and their teams.Department: AdministrationEmployment Type: Seasonal - Full TimeLocation: Anchorage Transportation and Guest ServicesWorkplace type: OnsiteResponsibilitiesPerforms a variety of diverse, moderately complex and comprehensive record keeping and secretarial duties.Assists in maintaining electronic payroll records.Composes and prepares correspondence, and initiates routine reports.Answers, screens, and redirects calls; takes and delivers messages, and provides information.Assist with employee relations functions including planning, marketing, and organizing of events.RequirementsMust pass a pre-employment background check that could include a credit check.Minimum age of 18 years required to reside in company housing, where available.Must be eligible to work in the United States.
