Administrative AssistantOnsite Full Time, Monday-Friday, 5-days per week/8-hours per day.Weekly Schedule: Monday-Friday: 7:00am-3:30pm or 7:30am - 4:00pm, whichever you prefer.Non-Exempt/Hourly Pay Range: $ /hour ($43,763-48,667 annualized) + amazing culture, beautiful office, and more!!Location: We have two openings, one position is open at our Maitland, FL offices and one position is open at our Atlanta, GA offices (near Truist Park, in the Cumberland/Galleria area)FairSquare is looking for our next Administrative Assistant. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate fantastic organizational and time management skills along with the ability to multitask, think critically, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and pick up new technology quickly.General Summary:The Administrative Assistant handles routine duties in support of our office staff, guests and building security and maintenance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, organizing files, creating correspondence, preparing reports and documents, managing calendars, processing mail, preparing invoices, managing visitor protocols, processing maintenance requests, and offering general staff support. Typical tasks will include answering the phones, greeting visitors and scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
