We are a growth-focused organization committed to long-term employment, professional development, and creating a collaborative environment where every employee's voice is valued.Position OverviewOur fast-paced sales office in Austin, TX is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office and sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys balancing multiple priorities, and takes pride in accuracy and organization.The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting sales representatives and management while delivering excellent internal customer service. This position requires flexibility to work overtime during closing week (the last week of each month) to support business-critical deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform highly detailed data entry across multiple internal databasesProvide frequent internal customer service support to sales representatives and managementMaintain and update Excel spreadsheets for cost analysis and reportingAssist sales representatives and sales management with administrative and operational tasksFile, copy, scan, and organize documentsSchedule equipment and software deliveries, moves, and pickupsEscalate service-related issues on behalf of customersAudit, create, and process invoices accurately and timelySupport month-end closing activities, including required overtime during closing weekQualificationsMinimum 2 years of office experience, preferably in an administrative or customer service roleProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including copy/paste, find, filter, custom sorting, and working across multiple sheetsProficiency in Microsoft WordTyping speed of 50–60 words per minuteStrong ability to follow directions, take detailed notes, and manage deadlinesAbility to work independently while also collaborating with a manager from another branchStrong organizational skills and attention to detailPreferred (Not Required) SkillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, conditional formatting, and indexing valuesSchedule & Overtime ExpectationsHours will be M-F 8:00AM - 5:00PMRequired overtime during closing week (last week of each month) to support business operationsSome travel may be requiredWhat We OfferClear advancement and growth opportunities, including leadership pathsMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401(k) with company matchPTO, Vacation, and Sick LeaveFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Paid training
