This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a supportive, fast-paced environment where your communication and customer service skills will truly make a difference in the patient experience.-Greet and check-in patients with a warm, professional demeanor-Answer and manage incoming phone calls and patient messages efficiently-Handle patient registration and verify insurance information-Collect co-pays and process payments accurately-Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments-Monitor and manage provider schedules to ensure smooth clinic operations-Sort and distribute incoming faxes and documents appropriately-Assist patients with FMLA and disability paperwork-Maintain a clean, organized front office space-Provide exceptional service and support to patients and visitors-Other duties as assignedRequirements-High School Diploma or GED-Previous experience in a medical front office setting-Strong organizational and time-management skills-Excellent verbal and written communication-Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude-Familiarity with EPIC and Microsoft Office is a plus-Customer service oriented with a commitment to patient care-Knowledge of insurance verification, benefits coordination, and the insurance authorization processMin USD $21.98/Hr.Max USD $36.27/Hr.Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices.
