This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced executive administrative professional with strong calendar management, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.If you thrive in a fast-paced executive office, enjoy supporting senior leadership, and excel at managing multiple priorities, we'd love to hear from you!Job DetailsLocation: Boston, MA 02108Worksite: One Ashburton Place, 8th FloorDuration: 8-Month ContractSchedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMWork Arrangement: 100% OnsiteResponsibilitiesProvide executive administrative support to the Chief Data Officer (CDO) and Assistant Secretary for Strategy and Planning.Manage complex executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.Resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize competing requests.Maintain conference room calendars and coordinate meeting logistics.Prepare agendas, presentation materials, reports, and executive correspondence.Format and edit executive-level documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.Communicate meeting updates, calendar changes, and follow-up action items.Manage written and verbal communications with professionalism and discretion.Provide front desk coverage for the Executive Office as needed.Support senior leadership and the Executive Office Administrative Services team with special projects.Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive executive information.Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.Required QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.Strong experience managing complex executive calendars and scheduling meetings.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.Proven ability to exercise discretion and handle confidential information.Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.Experience meeting deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.Advanced proficiency with:Microsoft Office 365Microsoft WordMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft PowerPointMicrosoft SharePointMicrosoft OutlookPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting executives in a government, public sector, or large corporate environment.Experience preparing executive presentations and reports.Experience coordinating meetings with multiple stakeholders.
