Job description
Our client in the Bronx, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their Marketing Director/ department . This role requires strong technical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to manage high-level correspondence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct administrative support to the Marketing Director
• Prepare and edit high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Create, format, and maintain documents using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Develop detailed spreadsheets, track budgets, and manage marketing data in Excel
• Assist with marketing presentations and executive materials
• Manage calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Support marketing projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
• Proven experience supporting senior-level executives, preferably in a marketing environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to draft and manage high-level, professional correspondence
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Requirements:
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check
• Must pass a drug screening prior to start date
