Administrative Assistant In Global BankingJoin a team of administrative professionals who help Global Banking leaders operate effectively. You will build trusted partnerships, anticipate routine needs, and deliver reliable support that enables leaders and teams to focus on business and client priorities.As an Administrative Assistant in Global Banking, you will support one or more leaders by managing calendars, travel, expenses, meetings, events, and day-to-day logistics. You will use sound judgment, strong organization, and approved technology to resolve routine issues, maintain continuity of support, and create an excellent experience for colleagues, clients, and visitors.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain complex and detailed calendarsScreen incoming calls and determine the level of priority, while using caution in dispensing informationManage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetingsArrange and coordinate complicated domestic and international travelOrganize all aspects for offsite conferences and external events, including catering and transportationProcess invoices and T&E expense claims for team members. Ensure all policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines. Act as a subject matter experts for policies and proceduresAssist with staff on-boarding and off-boarding, which includes requesting equipment setup and system accessMaintain current organizational charts and Executive Bio'sHandle regular activities without prompting, and advise in advance with issues or delaysAssist in editing spreadsheets and presentations, including printing and binding, for client meetingsLead and coordinate on ad hoc projects as requestedRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsAt least five years of administrative experience, ideally supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or aboveAdvanced ability to organizeProduce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organizationWork cooperatively with the administrative assistants team, in positive partnership to support each other smoothlyTact and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior managementStrong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar managementPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsCollege degree is a plusWork ArrangementThis role requires working in the office five days per week, Monday through Friday, and is not eligible for a hybrid schedule.
