Administrative AssistantDTAC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily business office operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate documentation, efficient communication, and smooth coordination across the leadership team. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Education:High school diploma or GED requiredAssociate's degree or post-secondary coursework in an administrative or clerical field preferredRequirements:Must be 21 years of age or olderAbility to obtain required clearances - Child Abuse Clearances, Criminal HistoryExperience & Skills:Prior administrative or clerical experience requiredStrong typing, proofreading, and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a structured environmentExperience maintaining and organizing records, files, and documentationAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretionExperience supporting office staff and leadership with administrative tasksAbility to assist with scheduling, correspondence, and general office coordinationKnowledge of basic accounting principles and/or support with billing and fiscal tracking is preferredWork Environment:Professional office setting with a collaborative teamModerate to high-paced environment with deadline-driven tasksWhy Join DTAC?At DTAC, you'll be part of a mission-driven organization focused on delivering high-quality services and support.
