Administrative AssistantAllegiance Crane & Equipment is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant with experience in the rental or construction industry to join our team in Fort Myers, FL. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, and have a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communication.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide general administrative support including data entry, filing, scanning, and document managementAnswer phone calls and general email inquiries.Respond to customer inquiries with professionalismCoordinate and dispatch field team members to job sites based on project schedules and customer needs.Facilitate the onboarding process of new team members according to the Company's new hire process.Assist with billing and invoicing.Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulationsQualifications2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction, equipment rental, or related industriesPrior experience with dispatching or coordinating field operations is highly desirableProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with rental or dispatch software is a plusExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.Physical RequirementsMust be able to sit at a computer, read computer screen, and input information for long periods of time. Sharing office space is a possibility. Some light travel could be required. Must be able to move about office as needed.
