Administrative Assistant - CRMCGI Federal is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Criminal Division (CRM) of the Department of Justice in Washington, DC. At CGI Federal, we refer to our professionals as "partners" to emphasize that everyone who joins our team is an owner and empowered to engage in the challenges and rewards of building a world class company.Your future duties and responsibilities include:Perform research and analysisWrite in a clear and concise mannerMaintain files in internal file share systemRecord information in established tracking systemAnswer intake phone calls to collect information and answer questions about procedure about timelinesRequired qualifications to be successful in this role include:Demonstrate professionalism and judgement while upholding confidentiality regarding employee medical recordsAbility to take notes during internal meetings and effectively execute tasks based on verbal discussionProficiency in computer navigationProficiency in Microsoft outlook, word, and excelProficiency in Adobe pdfAbility to successfully complete a CGI Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education, Employment, Credit and Driving Records ChecksAbility to obtain and maintain a Department of Justice Modified Risk Public Trust waiverHourly Rate: $39.97/hour CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to: skill set level, relevant experience and training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
