Job description
Administrative AssistantThe Administrative Assistant is an employee who performs data entry and other duties assigned. In this role, you will report to the Director of Operations.Duties/Responsibilities:Assist Director of Operations as directed to include at a minimum: device training, projects as assigned, scanning/faxing, references, data entryTypes and designs general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc. Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar, and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copyAble to communicate effectively with internal and external customers in a positive and effective mannerAttains goals as set forth in annual performance evaluationSubmits documentation within required timeframesMaintains strict confidentiality on patient, agency, and employee mattersMaintains spreadsheets/logs as requestedCross-trained to assist People Services and other Operations personnelAnswers phones as necessary/assigned in a professional manner.
