Job TitleEnvironmental Quality Management, Inc. is a leading provider of environmental consulting, engineering and compliance, and remediation and construction management services to the industrial, public, and government sectors.This position provides support to the Hazardous Waste Support Team at Edwards AFB under our fence-to-fence (F2F) contract performing duties such as:Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone callsGreet and direct visitorsOpen, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mailShip FedEx packagesAssist with preparation of Consent to Purchase (CTP) forms for obtaining materials and suppliesMaintain electronic and hard copy filing systemDraft correspondenceOrder and maintain office suppliesCoordinate maintenance of office equipmentMaintain and update customer and vendor filesOther general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, filingAssist with inputting Hazardous Waste (HW) and Hazardous Material (HM) data into AF's EESOH-MIS database systemSkills and experience required:Must be professional, motivated, energetic and personableAdministrative support background preferredComputer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows, Internet, and Adobe AcrobatExcellent interoffice skills and attention to detail are essentialStrong verbal and writing skillsHigh School Diploma or equivalentExperience using EESOH-MIS database module a plusKnowledge of HW and HM also a plusMust be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC), which requires an extensive Government background checkEEO Statement:ASRC Industrial (AIS) and its operating companies affords equal opportunity in employment to all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, pregnancy, familial status, disability status, veteran status, citizenship status, genetic information or any other characteristic protected under Federal, State or Local law.
