Your demonstrated expertise of software programs combined with your communication and customer service abilities greatly ensure unit success and functionality.AttributesMinimum of three (3) years of experience in area of secretarial/administrative support required, preferably in a healthcare environmentExperience with PC and office programs including, but not limited to, database management, spreadsheets, word processing and presentation softwareExcellent written, verbal communication and organization skillsBilingual preferredResponsibilitiesGeneral Administration. Answer telephones, schedule appointments, arrange travel, process time cards, data and work orders, manage budgets and expense reports, etc.; interact and serve as a resource for patients, customers and other external contacts; may arrange or conduct tours, orientations, training sessions or presentationsBudget Reporting. May assist in budget preparation, patient billing, charging and insurance claimsDatabase Management. Maintain electronic/computer databases and paper files; retrieve information as needed and may create financial, statistical, narrative and/or other reports as requestedDocumentation.
