The Commercial Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the insurance needs of clients, handling policy renewals, claims support, and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering customized insurance solutions.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, focusing on building strong, long-term relationships.Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing expert advice on coverage, policy changes, and renewals.Provide support to clients during the claims process, working closely with claims adjusters and underwriters to ensure timely communication and updates.
