Administrative Assistant - ExecutiveAt Regions, the Administrative Assistant - Executive performs advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of organization policies and practices. This position may assist an executive, senior manager, or a group of leaders.Primary ResponsibilitiesManages confidential, strategic, and business critical informationCoordinates meetings and events (onsite and offsite), reserves and prepares facilities, prepares necessary materials and distributes minutes of meetingsCompletes complex projectsKeeps abreast of all technology used by department and troubleshoots any issuesManages leader's email inboxInitiates routine and non-routine correspondence and memorandaPrepares reports and presentationsCoordinates details related to business travelCompletes expense reportsSchedules and maintains calendar of appointmentsGreets and directs visitorsAnswers and directs incoming callsResolves routine and complex inquiriesAssists with scanning, copying, faxing, filing, mailings, and other similar tasksReceives and distributes mailOrders supplies and equipmentActs as a resource to associates with less experienceMay provide back up to other Administrative Assistant associates for coverage and/or additional assistance neededThis position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDSeven (7) years of administrative experienceSkills and CompetenciesAbility to deal well with changing assignments and prioritiesAbility to maintain confidentialityAbility to performs duties with high level of autonomyAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAdvanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Attention to detailCustomer service orientedStrong verbal, written communication, and organizational skillsStrong work ethic and self-motivationThis position will support the Executive Assistant functions for Regions Business Capital (RBC)Position TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role.
