Facility: Amber Valley Location: Fargo, ND Address: rd Ave S #201, Fargo, ND 58104, USA Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 40.00 Salary Range: $16.00 - $25.50Work closely with a variety of people supporting the day to day operations of facilities and maintenance. Key Responsibilities:Administers staff identification badges, including printing, activation, replacement, and record maintenanceManages door and security access requests, ensuring appropriate permissions are assigned, updated, and removed in accordance with policyMaintains and supports the facilities call center, including logging requests, prioritizing work orders, routing calls, and tracking resolutionsCoordinates maintenance and service requests, supporting preventive maintenance schedules and emergency response communicationProcesses purchase orders, service orders, and invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper approvals, and timely paymentMaintains organized records for vendor contracts, service documentation, compliance reports, and safety inspectionsServes as a primary point of contact between facilities staff, healthcare teams, external vendors, and contractorsSupports regulatory compliance efforts by maintaining documentation related to Joint Commission, OSHA, HIPAA, and internal auditsPrepares reports, tracks metrics, and assists leadership with administrative and operational planningQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Applicable experience preferred.
