DRW is a place of high expectations, integrity, innovation and a willingness to challenge consensus.Our FICCO team is currently seeking an Administrative Trading Assistant to join their group supporting a few organizational leaders. This person will coordinate special events for the department, assist as needed on special projects, and provide daily travel and administrative support.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and prioritizing competing demandsPlan and execute team events such as social interactions and industry conferencesPlan Team dinners if team members are visiting from other officesAnticipate department leader needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and effectivenessTravel management and trip planning through travel systemPrepare, validate and manage expense reportsOther tasks/projects as neededYou will feel right at home if:You are proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, highly organized and can effectively prioritize and manage competing tasks and requestsYou pride yourself on your tact and diplomacy, with your ability to use discretion, strong judgement and maintain confidentialityYou have fantastic communication skills and experience communicating at all levels of the organization, particularly with senior executivesYou are an exemplary representative of the leaders you are supportingYou are known for being hard working, persistent and determined. You love helping others stay organized and being a "right hand"You have a strong understanding of the business and will use this to help prioritize tasks and requests and initiate appropriate actions to ensure an effective use of the partner's timeYou like to 'problem solve' and welcome developing solutions to different problems that might ariseYou are able to manage personal administrative tasks as required by the partners in order to ensure that they are able to focus on important tasks at handRequirements:Bachelor's DegreeMinimum of 3 years of experience in a support functionExpertise in Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint required.Previous experience leveraging travel and expense systems, SAP Concur preferred.Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills with a high comfort level in dealing with senior management, directors and individuals at all levels, including external vendors.Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas orally and in writing. Strong writing and editing skills.Exceptionally strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.Flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing prioritiesAbility to work independently, multi-task, be proactive and initiate action confidently with minimal supervision.Ability to manage work and projects with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.High level of professionalism, good judgment and discretion in dealing with confidential situations.Analytical, research, problem solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills.Tech-savvy, comfortable dealing with technology issues and proactive in finding ways to improve efficiency with available tools and resourcesWork as a team with other Administrative & Executive AssistantsProvide back-up as necessary for team membersThe annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
