Administrative Assistant / Front Office CoordinatorPremier Multidisciplinary Outpatient Practice · Dermatology-FirstLocation: North Andover, MA · On-siteType: Full-timeCompensation: $52,000–$62,000 annually ($25–$30/hour equivalent), commensurate with experienceAbout the PracticeWe are building a premier multidisciplinary outpatient practice in North Andover, anchored in dermatology. Our environment is modern, polished, and designed around an exceptional patient experience from the moment someone first contacts us through the completion of their visit.The RoleYou are the face of the practice.You will often be the first person patients see, hear, or communicate with, and you will help set the tone for their entire experience. This role combines outstanding front-desk service with the administrative coordination required to support a busy and growing medical practice.We are looking for someone warm, polished, highly organized, and naturally proactive—someone who takes pride in making both patients and the practice feel exceptionally well cared for.What You'll DoGreet and check in patients and own the front-of-house experience throughout their visitManage phones, scheduling, confirmations, reschedules, and patient inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and efficiencyCoordinate intake paperwork, insurance information capture, and visit preparationManage referrals, records requests, and follow-up communicationsMaintain front-office, waiting, and patient-facing spaces to a polished, welcoming standardSupport providers and clinical staff with administrative coordination throughout the dayManage supply ordering, mail, deliveries, and general office administrationAssist with patient-facing communication related to aesthetics services, promotions, and follow-upIdentify issues early and help keep daily operations moving smoothly as patient volume growsWhat We're Looking ForRequired2+ years of administrative or front-desk experience in a healthcare outpatient or ambulatory settingExceptional interpersonal skills—you are warm, attentive, composed, and professional with every patientStrong organization and follow-through; you take ownership of details and make sure nothing falls through the cracksPolished written and verbal communicationComfort with EHR and scheduling systems, multi-line phones, and day-to-day healthcare administrationPreferredDermatology, aesthetics, med spa, or another high-end patient-experience environmentExperience supporting a newly launched or rapidly growing practiceFamiliarity with insurance verification and front-end patient collectionsWho Thrives HereA natural host who cares about how the practice looks, sounds, and feelsSelf-starting and proactive-you notice what needs to happen and take actionEnergized by a busy environment and a growing teamHighly organized without becoming rigidHas a strong eye for detail, presentation, and serviceBenefits & Equal OpportunityBenefits package details will be provided during the interview process.We are an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.
