This temporary full-time position serves as a key resource for residents, visitors, staff, and leadership by providing administrative, clerical, and customer service support.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors, residents, families, and vendors in a professional and friendly mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone callsProvide administrative support to department managers and facility leadershipMaintain filing systems, records, and office documentationAssist with data entry, reports, correspondence, and schedulingProcess, organize, and distribute incoming mail and deliveriesSupport onboarding, orientation, and general HR-related administrative tasks as assignedMaintain confidentiality of resident, employee, and facility informationAssist with special projects and facility events as neededEnsure the front office remains organized, professional, and welcomingProvide excellent customer service while supporting day-to-day facility operationsQualificationsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrevious administrative, receptionist, customer service, or healthcare office experience preferredExperience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plusStrong computer and data entry skillsSkills & AbilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to handle confidential information with discretionDetail-oriented and dependableStrong customer service skillsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
