Administrative Assistant - HealthcareA full-time Administrative Assistant position is now available with Liberty Healthcare.Program OverviewLiberty Healthcare operates a specialized mental health program within multiple San Diego County jail facilities.The goal of the program is to provide rapid mental health services to people in need - so they may achieve improved behavioral health outcomes as quickly as possible.ResponsibilitiesAs Liberty Healthcare's Administrative Assistant your day-to-day work will involve:Providing administrative support to the mental health teamOrganizing patient charts, electronic files, and other health dataScheduling appointments and meetingsComposing and editing letters, memoranda, forms, and reportsCommunicating with stakeholdersAssisting with various projectsWork SettingYou will split time working onsite at these two jail facilities:The Las Colinas Detention and Reentry Facility at 451 Riverview Parkway in Santee, CA 92071The Rock Mountain Detention Facility at 406 Alta Road in San Diego, CA 92158 (nearby Otay Mesa)ScheduleYou will work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday during daytime hours.Pay and Benefits$20.00 to $24.00 per hour (depending on qualifications)Health, dental, and vision insurance30 days of paid time off each year for holidays, vacation, sick leave, and personal daysFSA, 401k plan, and other perksFor details regarding Liberty's benefits plan visit time management, organization, computer planning/problem-solving, verbal and written communication skillsHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to work independently and with minimal supervisionExperience working in healthcare or human services setting is a plus.About Liberty HealthcareLiberty Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
