Job description
Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks an Administrative Assistant to support our mission-driven healthcare and social services programs. In this role, you’ll manage calendars, schedule appointments, prepare correspondence, maintain client and program records, and greet visitors with professionalism and empathy. You’ll coordinate meetings, compile reports, handle data entry, and assist with billing and documentation in a confidential, trauma-informed environment. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, culturally sensitive, and comfortable working with vulnerable populations and diverse teams.
