The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support, including coordinating schedules and meetings, communications, team event coordination, and being a key point of contact for internal and external partners.Key ResponsibilitiesManage executive calendars and scheduling prioritiesPlan and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangementsPrepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materialsManage Outlook delegate access, shared mailboxes, and distribution listsSupport leadership communications and organizational announcementsTrack action items and facilitate follow-up activitiesCoordinate team events, leadership meetings, and town hallsHandle confidential information with professionalism and discretionPartner with leaders to improve organizational effectiveness and executionPartner with peers to coordinate supplies and logistics for the local officeRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent5+ years of administrative assistant experience for leadersStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to succeed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlinesAdvanced Microsoft 365 proficiency (Copilot, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and confidentialityPreferred QualificationsExperience in financial services or highly-regulated industriesExperience leveraging AI such as Microsoft Copilot to automate tasksLocation ExpectationsThis role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.If there's anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.Benefits:Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members' whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work. Pay Range: $24.18 - $32.21
