Overview
Administrative Assistant
Because we are expanding rapidly through acquisitions and internal growth, we have an excellent opportunity available for an Administrative Assistant at our Houston branch. The primary role of the Branch Administrative Assistant is to ensure smooth and accurate completion of office operations and act as administrative support to the management team. The hourly rate for this position is $20.00-$22.00, depending on experience. We are hiring immediately!

Responsibilities
Essential Skills & Responsibilities:
Highly motivated, detail oriented, able to work independently
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Outstanding organizational, time management and follow up skills
Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment
Able to handle multiple projects at once
Strong communication skills
Collections experience
Requirements
The candidate we are seeking should be able to handle multiple tasks, communicate efficiently via phone, email, and letter with professionalism and detail, and have excellent organizational, time management and follow up skills.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills including formulas and reporting.
Plumbing permit experience preferred
