Administrative AssistantAt Corteva Agriscience, you will help us grow what's next. Corteva has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our company at our Indianapolis, IN location.What You'll Do:Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings and travel, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prevent conflicts.Prepare agendas and ensure meeting materials are accurate and ready in advance.Arrange domestic and international travel, prepare detailed itineraries, and process expense reports.Organize and facilitate in-person and virtual meetings; distribute actionable follow-ups.Create and maintain presentations, reports, and spreadsheets; manage confidential files and records.Assist with budget tracking and project documentation to support departmental goals.Support special projects by gathering data, monitoring progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.Filter requests and determine priorities requiring Regional President and Leader attention; manage competing priorities effectively.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners; represent leadership professionally.Process data entry time and manage accounts receivable/payable for departmental operations.Education:You have your High School Diploma/GED.What Skills You Need:2-5 years of experience as an administrative professional.Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, & Word).Familiarity with project management principles, including development, implementation, and oversight of business projects and procedures.Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; adept at working under pressure.Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.Skilled in managing multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.Ability to lead initiatives and collaborate as part of a team.Committed to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.What Makes You Stand Out:6–10 years of experience as an administrative professional.Associate degree: equivalent experience accepted.Benefits – How We'll Support You:Numerous development opportunities offered to build your skillsBe part of a company with a higher purpose and contribute to making the world a better placeHealth benefits for you and your family on your first day of employmentFour weeks of paid time off and two weeks of well-being pay per year, plus paid holidaysExcellent parental leave which includes a minimum of 16 weeks for mother and fatherFuture planning with our competitive retirement savings plan and tuition reimbursement programLearn more about our total rewards package here - Corteva BenefitsCheck out life at Corteva! you a good match?
