Administrative AssistantRythm is the fastest-growing lab in America. We redefined at-home testing with the world's easiest blood test and created a culture around monthly lab testing from home. That vertical integration gives us the speed, control, and creativity to shape the future of health and wellness.The Administrative Assistant will provide front-office and administrative support for the Rythm Health Lab team located in Omaha NE, including reception duties, meeting and calendar coordination, office supply and vendor management, meal ordering, note-taking, and general administrative assistance.What You'll DoFront Desk & Reception Greet visitors, candidates, and vendors, and manage sign-in/badge proceduresReceive, sort, and distribute general incoming mail and office packages; coordinate outgoing shipments for office and laboratory needsMeeting & Calendar Support Schedule and coordinate lab meetings, team meetings, and interviews, including room and calendar managementTake notes/minutes during meetings and distribute action items and summariesHelp coordinate logistics for larger meetings, offsites, or visits from partners/investorsOffice & Vendor Management Order and maintain inventory of office and kitchen suppliesCoordinate team meals and catering (e.g., via DoorDash, ezCater) for routine needs and special meetings and eventsServe as point of contact for office vendors, building management, and service providers (cleaning, maintenance, deliveries)Keep common areas, kitchen, and reception area organized and presentableGeneral Administrative Support Support onboarding logistics for new hires (workstation setup, welcome materials, first-day coordination)Assist with drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence, documents, and internal communicationsMaintain organized digital and physical filing systemsSupport basic data entry and recordkeeping for HR, operations, or lab administrative needsAssist with travel arrangements and expense tracking as neededProvide backup administrative support to leadership as neededTake on other administrative projects and duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree preferred2+ years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and welcoming demeanorProficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Outlook/Gmail, calendars)Discretion in handling confidential or sensitive informationSelf-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and working with minimal supervisionPrior experience in a healthcare, laboratory, or startup environment is a plus, but not requiredWhat's In It For You?Rythm Health offers a benefits package which includes:Highly competitive base salary.Meaningful work that genuinely impacts people's lives.Equity: Meaningful equity stake aligned with the scope and seniority of this role.Monthly Rythm Health membership with full access to at-home blood testing and personalized health insights.Generous paid time off policy.401(k).The opportunity to help define the future of personalized health.High ownership and visibility from day one.Small, collaborative, mission-driven team.Ability to shape both product and customer experience culture early.
