Administrative AssistantHealth Center Inc. (also known as The New York Hotel Trades Council and Hotel Association of NYC, Inc Employee Benefit Funds) is an NYC based healthcare organization with ambulatory care facilities staffed with a wide range of health professionals to provide extensive medical and diagnostic services. We have an opening for an Administrative Assistant to work out of our Harlem location and serve as the right hand for our Health Center's leadership team.They will also have the following responsibilities:Compiling of data on a monthly basis regarding statistics, quality improvement, policies and procedures, and other pertinent information.Coordinating meetings and collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate payroll + accounting of center expenditures.Overseeing the completion of special projects assigned by the Administrator,Establishing + implementing appropriate coverage plans in the absence of medical staff and the Administrator.Coordinating and preparing of materials for staff meetings and complete other assigned tasks.Qualifications:High school diploma requiredMinimum 2 years' medical office management experienceStrong computer and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of MS Office SuiteCompensation + Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision health benefits at no cost to all benefits-eligible employees and their eligible dependentsPaid Time Off (Vacation, Personal, Sick days, and Paid Holidays)401(k) PlanLife InsuranceTuition ReimbursementMember's Health Assistance ProgramPre-Paid Legal ServicesWellness benefits
