Administrative AssistantOklahoma Connections Academy (OKCA) is a tuition-free, online public-school serving students in grades PreK–12 throughout Oklahoma. OKCA is authorized by the Oklahoma Virtual Charter School Board and governed by an independent Board of Directors. OKCA is accredited by the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement, an accrediting division of AdvancED.Working from our office in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for daily administrative tasks of the school such as answering phones and email, receiving visitors, assisting the principal and teachers with administrative tasks, filing and other duties as assigned.Responsibilities:Entering data into the online student information system and a variety of other applications;Generating written and oral reports;Answering the phones;Keeping and utilizing a current calendar;Communicating with Parents and Students;Assist school Leadership with a wide variety of daily responsibilities.Requirements:Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google tools and web-based applications is essentialAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentGood interpersonal skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenCustomer focused approachHigh degree of flexibilityDemonstrated ability to work well in fast paced team environmentBenefits available to eligible employees can be seen at Prospective Employee Benefits Page - HUMAN RESOURCES SERVICESEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
