Administrative AssistantThis position provides clerical support to various departments and managers to ensure that JR & Co., Inc. operates timely and efficiently with an emphasis on job set-up, subcontractor audit and upkeep. Join our team today and help us build something great!Essential Functions:Provide front desk and general office support, including greeting visitors, answering phones, managing mail, faxes, and meeting schedulingCoordinate travel arrangements and assist with allocating administrative expensesOrder office supplies and manage hospitality needs such as coffee and meals for meetingsOversee facilities management, including janitorial services and coordination with vendors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)Maintain conference rooms and break areas before/after meetings and at the end of each dayComplete job setup for new projects across company systemsSupport company culture initiatives, morale programs, and coordination of internal eventsMaintain customer and vendor records, assist with prequalification packages, audits, references, and provide cross-training coverageRequired Skills and Abilities:People-oriented, dependable, and flexible with the ability to adapt to changing business needsStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailProficient in office management systems, procedures, and standard office equipmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and positive company representationProficient in Microsoft Office or similar software; ability to type 60 words per minuteAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionValid driver's license and ability to support business needs as requiredEmbodies company values: Family Culture, JR Attitude (humble, teachable), Extreme Ownership, and a growth mindsetEducation and Experience:High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work-related experienceExperienced at managing a multi-line phone system1-2 years of experience as administrative assistant (preferred)Work Environment/Physical Requirements:Ability to pass an initial drug test and participate in a random drug testing programPrimarily indoor, shared office environment with prolonged sitting and daily computer usePhysical ability to move about the office, use hands for typing and office tasks, and lift/carry up to 20 lbs occasionallyEffective vision and speech abilities for daily communication, computer work, and reading fine printBenefits & CompensationHealth, dental, vision, life insurancePaid time offCompany Vehicle or mileage reimbursementPaid Parental Leave401(k) with company matchWork Location: In person, Omaha, NE
